Argyle At Four Seasons Resort Description:
Argyle Steakhouse at the Aviara Golf Club is not your typical "19th hole" hangout but a full-fledged restaurant offering Hildon Natural Mineral Water and a comprehensive wine list. We suggest starting with chef Kurtis Habecker's hamachi sashimi with grilled watermelon and Thai papaya salad. The selection of California Prime beef and American and Australian Wagyu features well-known sources such as Brandt Beef and Snake River Farms. Customize the cut to your liking with foie gras or the signature sauce, or with the blue cheese or bone marrow crust. Classic sides include lobster macaroni and cheese, sautéed mushrooms and creamy spinach. End your meal with chocolate cake and Tahitian vanilla gelato or the "Calypso Sundae" made with yogurt sorbet, raspberries, amaretti cookies and raspberry sauce.
