The sushi chef devotes considerable attention to attractive presentations of his fresh seafood, and the kitchen does a good job with such classics as beef and chicken teriyaki, shrimp and vegetable tempura, and stir-fried yakisoba noodles, as well as such less typical choices as Japanese-style barbecued beef ribs and sesame chicken.
