Owned and operated by the Tognazzini family---a longtime fixture in the Morro Bay fishing industry---the casual Dockside offers nothing but the freshest premium fish available. With sustainability of the oceans in mind, the Tognazzinis heartily support local and West Coast fishermen, so your friendly servers will typically know the name of the boat and the captain that caught your catch (sometimes Captain Mark Tognazzini himself). All the usual seaside suspects are available: from fish 'n' chips to oysters on the half shell, seafood salads to shrimp scampi, chowders to bisques. But think about trying the fresh fish tacos, Captain Marks' Tequila Splash Salmon, Miss Bonnie's Pacific Albacore Kabobs, or the Admiral's Combo Platter featuring grilled shrimp, scallops, halibut, salmon and cod. Landlubbers can choose from treats such as burgers, club sandwiches, chicken pasta and Cobb salad. Mark and Bonnie Tognazzini also operate the fish market next door, which offers a limited menu, draught beer, and outdoor (dog-friendly) dining.
