Oak Room Description:
Former Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan completed his redevelopment of Mort's Deli by opening The Oak Room next to his more casual Village Pantry. The kitchen, overseen by executive chef William Tarbert, prepares seasonal California cuisine. Entrées may include Jidori chicken breast with orzo, bacon, cherry tomatoes and aged blue cheese; braised boneless Prime short ribs; and a Niman Ranch pork chop.
