Arnie Morton's the Steakhouse Description:
Because steak maven Arnie Morton's son Peter had already used the family name for his trendy West Hollywood restaurant, the nationwide steakhouse chain created a unique name to distinguish itself in the late 80s. At this location in the Warner Center, the steaks are the same aged Prime you'll find elsewhere, complete with super tableside presentation. We like the steaks, but you may start with a jumbo lump crab meat cocktail or broiled sea scallops wrapped in bacon. The soufflés must be ordered in advance, and while chocolate is the favorite with most, there's also raspberry and lemon for a lighter finish.
