This unpretentious wine bar---which takes its name from the optimum Celsius temperature at which to store wine---features some premium local labels from the Central Coast. But owner and certified sommelier Ali Rush Carscaden prides herself on having a topnotch selection of wines from around the world and for every price point. In addition, you can find a good assortment of domestic and imported beer and saké, as well as cheeses, fresh baguettes, and a host of other gourmet items and gifts. Several tasting flights ranging from charcuterie to salts are offered daily, and 15 Degrees C also offers weekly events and seminars that cover everything from Friday night oyster and bubbly tastings, to "Cantonese take-out and Rieslings," to food and wine pairings hosted by local chefs and winemakers.
