Choose from pistachio-crusted salmon in avocado butter, eggplant blue crab cake with lemon grass butter and melon salad, steamed Carlsbad mussels in dark beer with criminis, or the Fisherman's paella with shrimp, clams, mahi, mussels, chicken and chorizo over saffron rice. The sun-dried apricot sage roasted chicken is as aromatic as it is tasty in a pomegranate glaze. Desserts are rich and playful, especially the Nutella marshmallow bread pudding or the cookie dough mud pie.
