Pacific Cafe Description:
Simple, fresh fish has been the draw here since 1975. Little known outside the immediate area, it's a worthwhile find if you're in the neighborhood. Moist, quickly sautéed sand dabs are better than at most San Francisco grills, while other fish, depending on availability, are deep-fried to a turn.
