The La Scala, a scaloppine of thin medallions of veal prepared with eggplant, tomato and mozzarella, will transport you to Florence. Another dish brought to new heights is the house lasagna, made with layers of ground veal, spinach, cheeses and a creamy tomato sauce (served only at lunch).
