The charming cottage was built in 1939 and its large fireplace adds to the rustic, relaxing feeling of the compact rooms with dark woods and white lace. The menu varies seasonally, but you can expect to find consistently well-prepared dishes like Maryland-style lump crab cakes with papaya-ginger cream sauce, and a distinctive rack of New Zealand lamb coated with honey, whole grain mustard and hazelnuts.
