P.F. Chang's China Bistro Description:
You won't miss this branch of the P.F. Chang's chain located in The Promenade; two 500-pound cast-iron horses flank the entryway. It's the same scene and friendly service here as at all of the P.F. Chang's siblings. Traditional Cantonese wok cooking and more than 40 wines by the glass bring the masses back again and again. We've enjoyed the minced chicken and vegetables in lettuce wraps to start. For those with a taste for the spicy, the orange peel beef or shrimp should do the trick, although we're more partial to the lemon scallops or the chicken in black bean sauce. Avoid the fun noodles, which are rubbery and not fun at all. For an after-dinner treat, Chang's offers such desserts as New York cheesecake or the Great Wall of chocolate.
