An extensive multi-regional menu features pakoras, samosas and onion bhaji (fritters seasoned with ginger) for starters, followed by tandoori chicken, a host of curries, frankies (burrito-like wraps sold from street carts in Bombay), and an assertively spiced rack of lamb.
