Herb- and citrus-perfumed chickens turn on 18 spits over an almond-wood fire in the $50,000 imported Italian rotisserie. The result: chicken with golden, crispy skin and moist, tender meat. Not everything else on the menu is up to the birds' standard, though we've sampled some good pastas and salads.
