True to its name, frog statues abound at Froggy's, a ramshackle fish market set in the hills high above Malibu. Entries on a big board change on a regular basis, featuring seasonal options like wild jumbo shrimp with celery purée and ahi steak. Standbys are highlighted by first-rate fish chowder, fish 'n' chips and a salmon burger. Sides include good spuds and crunchy coleslaw. Anarchy seems to reign here, but somebody must be in charge---the food's just too good.
