Choose from ten cuts of steak, with T-bone, Kansas City and porterhouse cuts especially popular. There's also a full roster of barbecued meats, including racks of baby-back ribs and spareribs, hot links and Texas-style sliced beef. Most entrées come with a choice of sides, highlighted by corn on the cob, barbecue baked beans and steak fries. A stand-alone dish worth considering is the Tall Texan---sliced brisket slathered in chili, cheese and onions.
