Dizz's As Is Description:
Candle lighting lends a soft, romantic air to the wood-paneled Deco dining room, and friendly, plain-spoken waiters serve up some of the best fare in South County. Business people sit shoulder-to-shoulder with beach types and the occasional celeb. There's a fixed menu, one or two seating times per evening, and everyone is served simultaneously. This gives the place a similar ambience to that of a sit-down dinner party at a friend's house. The prix-fixe meal always starts with house-made pâté and a glass of vermouth. Subsequent courses include your choice of soup or salad and a hearty entrée such as chicken, steak Diane, seafood stew or veal chops.
