Starters include the likes of baby-back ribs with orange honey-soy glaze, oolong tea-steamed dim sum, and cedar plank-roasted salmon with kaffir lime leaves and soy-saké beurre blanc, as well as steak and lobster. Come on Saturday nights if you want to experience the East Meets West Seafood Buffet, featuring everything from shabu shabu to sui mai, sushi to shark's fin soup. On Sunday, the Champagne brunch draws families from throughout the San Gabriel Valley.
