Sharkey's Description:
Started by Steven Paperno in 1992, this is the first link in what is now a chain of organic, fresh Mexican grills. Stop by this eatery for a variety of burritos, tacos, tostadas and quesadillas stuffed with shark, mahi mahi, shrimp, yellowfin tuna, steak and chicken. Grilled shrimp or charbroiled fish burritos contain pinto beans, rice, cheese, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and achiote sauce. Tempura-battered mahi mahi tacos are drizzled with salsa blanca. A gut-buster is the 4 Cheese Quesadilla with guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo. Watch for the catch of the day, which is usually a winner.
