Tap your toes to live piano and saxophone music while noshing on assorted Spanish cheeses with Serrano ham, roasted peppers and olives; lobster paella-stuffed calamari over roasted artichoke hearts, topped with saffron cream sauce; and ahi tuna tartare with capers, tomatoes and red onion. Skip the leaden spinach gnocchi and go straight for the intensely flavored sautéed broccolini---cooked al dente with purple Spanish garlic and Cabrales cheese---or the Maine lobster ravioli with sherry-tarragon cream.
