Waterloo & City in Culver City is a project from chef Brendan Collins (The Hall, Anisette Brasserie) and general manager Carolos Tomazos. Collins' signature dishes at this British gastropub include whole roast chicken with wild mushroom pot pie, gnocchi with shrimp and veal ragù, and Manchester quail with chopped liver on toast. Salads, pizzas and market-inspired main dishes round out the menu.
