The Big 3 Description:
It is big, but it is more than just a diner and we don't know what three stands for. A small gift shop at the restaurant's entrance is a bit confusing, but once you're seated within the large and sparsely decorated room, helpful servers ensure an easy meal. Big Three Diner's affiliation with the Sonoma Inn and Spa may account for dishes like the roast zucchini and egg white frittata, but good sense in the kitchen adds nutty, dry jack cheese, roasted tomatoes and slightly bitter greens. Juicy hamburgers are made from almost a half pound of ground chuck and the mac 'n cheese gets its wine country credentials with the addition of Asiago cheese and hickory bacon bits. There is something for everyone on the easy-going (but not boring) menu.
