RAYA now occupies the space once inhabited by Restaurant 162'. California cuisine and fresh seafood are the focus at this restaurant concept of chef Richard Sandoval. Appetizers may include lobster tacos, Kobe beef masa flatbread and octopus carpaccio, while entrées range from salmon ponzu to smoked duck breast with chayote gratin. Desserts include a dulce de leche pudding and lemon grass panna cotta.
