The Dining Room Description:
The Dining Room at Carmel Valley Ranch offers seasonal cuisine inspired by ingredients from California's Central Coast region. Executive chef Flynt Payne previously served as the consulting executive chef for the Plumpjack Group at Plumpjack Squaw Valley Inn in Lake Tahoe. The restaurant will be renamed and the concept revised sometime in spring 2010 following a renovation of the main lodge.
