Yet another entry in the fast-food sushi business, Wow is among the better ones, with an emphasis on healthy ingredients and even a kosher tempura mix. The tempura is actually what Wow does best, with a delicate, non-greasy breading. You can order à la carte, but the bento box combos are the specialties here. Among the options are shrimp tempura roll with chicken teriyaki and potato salad, and California roll with a bowl of udon topped with tempura. A sushi combo plate is also offered, along with rolls like tiger, rainbow and spicy tuna. The prices---typically under $7 for a bento box---are hard to beat.
