For a healthy meal on the run, this tiny spot on the edge of Old Pasadena is a good place to know about. It's basically a fast-food environment with a small ground floor dining room and upstairs loft, but the food is tasty and relatively sin-free to boot. All ingredients are low fat and preservative- and hormone-free. A variety of Middle Eastern-inspired wraps are available, including chicken with garlic sauce, hummus, veggies and tahini, Greek salad with chicken, barbecued chicken, and tuna. Falafel and chicken shwarma are also found at this bargain-priced gem, which is a transplant from Tarzana.
