Representative dishes include Maine lobster ravioli with sweet corn cream and a heady perfume of truffle oil; sesame-seared ahi with mango-orzo salad, micro herbs and tamarind-guava coulis; grilled rib-eye with Cognac-peppercorn sauce; and seared sea scallops with Thai red lentils, baby bok choy and green curry-coconut sauce.
