Appetizers like piquant Singapore-style chicken wings, Kurobuta pork gyoza, and spiced lamb chops with apricot and pear chutney tempt the palate. Another roll, the Baja Norte, marries spicy yellowfin with jalepeño, cilantro and cucumber. Rice bowls, udon and artistic salads round out the extensive and creative menu.
