The youngest of seven Sicily-born Drago siblings, Giacomino has managed to carve out a nice culinary niche for himself in the same city that's home to older brother Celestino's Italian empire. The lunch and dinner menus are similar, specializing in thin-crust pizzas, either a simple Margherita or topped with premium ingredients like Parma ham. There are homey entrées like chicken Parmigiana, osso buco and a good grilled veal chop. Hearty pastas are highlighted by homemade gnocchi filled with mushrooms and served with truffle fondue, pumpkin ravioli sporting sage cream sauce, and involtini---baked spaghetti wrapped in eggplant and served with mozzarella and tomato-basil sauce. Meat lovers should choose meatballs with spicy tomato sauce or the bone-in rib-eye with balsamic.
