sidebar Description:
In the heart of Beverly Hills, sidebar is a great excuse to go out for a drink and mingle with a clientele as chic and stellar as the city itself. The bar, designed by Getty Center architect Richard Meier, is done in the same sleek, modernist style as the restaurant, CUT, just across the hall. It's the perfect place to sip a classic cocktail (e.g. Sidecar, Negroni) or house specialty (we like the Rodeo Red, made with gin, Prosecco, peach and raspberry) while enjoying some prime people-watching. A menu of upscale snacks includes tempura onion rings with paprika-saffron aïoli, tuna tartare sandwiches and mini-Kobe sliders.
