Miscellaneous:

Seating Capacity:
2057 at maximum capacity; seating capacity varies as some of these seats are not available for sale on many shows.

Seating Layout:
Orchestra seating is on the main floor and has up to 24 rows. The first three rows of seating, rows AA, BB and CC, are removable from the hall. If these seats are available for sale, row AA is the front row; if the seats are removed from the hall, then row A becomes the front row. The Orchestra has 15 seats across the centre section, and 8 seats across each of the left and right sections.

The Mezzanine section forms a U around the Orchestra. The left and right sides provide three rows of seating from the front of the stage to the back of the hall. The centre section provides an additional five and a half rows of seating at the back of the hall. The Mezzanine is raised to stage level. At the front of the hall, it is six steps from the Orchestra to the Mezzanine, then as the Orchestra seating is gradually sloped, the Mezzanine is raised two steps from the Orchestra at the rear of the hall.

The Dress Circle level, sometimes considered the first balcony, includes the Dress Circle and the Upper Dress Circle. The Dress Circle is also U-shaped, with five rows of seating in the centre section and three rows of seating on the left and right sides.

The Balcony section is a full two levels above the main floor seating. All Balcony seating is in the centre section at the back of the hall, with a total of 11 rows. At the Balcony level on the left and right hand sides of the hall is Loge seating. Loge seating is box seating, with seven sections of boxes on both the left and right hand sides.

Choir Loft seating, if available is on the Dress Circle level, and is located on the stage, behind the performers. The Choir Loft is bench seating, and is often not available for sale because of restricted viewing.
