It is a large white sandy beach with areas of grass. Blankets and chairs are allowed to be brought into the venue. Coolers, glass, weapons, alcohol, etc, are not allowed to enter the venue. Alcohol will be served inside the venue as well as concessions etc.


Driving direction to Lake Lanier Islands Resort:
From I-85 North:
Take I-85 North to Exit 113, which bears off
to the left to get to I-985 North/Lanier Pkwy.
Take Exit #8 (Friendship Road/Georgia
Highway 347). Turn left and proceed five
miles. Friendship Road will dead-end at the
Front Gate of Lake Lanier Islands Resort.

From I-75 North:
Take I-75 North to I-285 North to I-85 North.
Continue to Exit 113, which bears off to the
left to get to I-985 North/Lanier Pkwy. Take
Exit #8 (Friendship Road/Georgia Highway
347). Turn left and proceed five miles.
Friendship Road will dead-end at the Front
Gate of Lake Lanier Islands Resort.

From I-20 East (Alabama):
Take I-20 West to I-285 North to I-85 North. Continue to Exit 113, which bears off to the left to get to I-985 North/Lanier Pkwy. Take Exit #8 (Friendship Road/Georgia Highway 347). Turn left and proceed five miles. Friendship Road will dead-end at the Front Gate of Lake Lanier Islands Resort.

From I-20 West (Augusta, Central Georgia and South Carolina):
Take I-20 East to I-285 North to I-85 North. Continue to Exit 113, which bears off to the left to get to I-985 North/Lanier Pkwy. Take Exit #8 (Friendship Road/Georgia Highway 347). Turn left and proceed five miles. Friendship Road will dead-end at the Front Gate of Lake Lanier Islands Resort.

From Tennessee and Northwest Georgia (Interstate Route):
Take I-75 South to I-285 East to I-85 North. Continue to Exit 113, which bears off to the left to get to I-985 North/Lanier Pkwy. Take Exit #8 (Friendship Road/Georgia Highway 347). Turn left and proceed five miles. Friendship Road will dead-end at the Front Gate of Lake Lanier Islands Resort.

From Tennessee and Northwest Georgia (Rural Route):
Take I-75 South to Exit for Georgia Highway 20 East. Proceed on Georgia Highway 20 East for
approximately 60 miles. Cross Georgia Highway 400. Proceed 10 miles to Peachtree Industrial Blvd and turn left. Follow Peachtree Industrial Blvd for approximately 5 miles to the intersection at Friendship Road. Turn left onto Friendship Road/Holiday Road. Friendship Road will dead-end at the Front Gate of Lake Lanier Islands Resort.

From Georgia Highway 400:
Northbound----Exit at #14 for Georgia Highway 20, merging off to the right towards Buford area/Lake
Lanier Islands. Proceed 10 miles to Peachtree Industrial Blvd and turn left. Follow Peachtree Industrial Blvd for approximately 5 miles to the intersection at Friendship Road. Turn left onto Friendship Road/Holiday Road. Friendship Road will dead-end at the Front Gate of Lake Lanier Islands Resort. Southbound----Exit at #14 for Georgia Highway 20. Turn left at red light onto Hwy 20. Proceed 10 miles to Peachtree Industrial Blvd and turn left. Follow Peachtree Industrial Blvd for approximately 5 miles to the intersection at Friendship Road. Turn left onto Friendship Road/Holiday Road. Friendship Road will
dead-end at the Front Gate of Lake Lanier Islands Resort.
