Le petit boxeur is a very cosy and romantic little restaurant on a top location in Brussels.
I went there a few times, and every time the food was really delicous, very refined, very fresh. If you like white wine, you should try the "Boggle" (californian wine).
On another website, I saw the estimated budget is 30€. This seems rather low to me....If you like an appetizer, haed court and wine, you should count on spending near 50€ per person.
