White Rock has a lot of great restaurants, but if you're in the mood for some Thai and find yourself stranded in White Rock, then head over to Leela Thai Restaurant! Every time I've been there I've had a great experience. The service is always friendly and the courteous and the food is always better than I remember it from the last encounter. My usual orders are the Pad Thai (some of the best Pad Thai in BC), the Tom Yum Goong (spicy prawn) soup which is always full and flavourful, and the Panag Curry - everything is rich and tasty. The ambience is quiet and slightly romantic and well worth the trip even if you're coming from Vancouver.
