Not a good bet if you have to be OBVIOUS in getting your order taken or even be noticed. 15 minutes is way too long to wait (this isn't "gourmet") for someone to at least ask you if you want coffee or water.
Lunch at 2pm Sunday... lots of staff floating around doing, who knows? Not waiting... We finally flagged down someone after sticking the closed menus out into the aisle for 5 minutes -- and whose table it wasn't, obviously -- got a "run by" candle practically thrown on the table (no acknowledgment that we were there) and not getting anyone even 5 minutes after that, we left.
