I waited twenty five minutes for my wings order only to find out that the moron had sold it to someone else. Never to set foot in their franchise again. Service was awefull !!!!!

...I had a good experience on my first visit. I live quite a ways away so I barely come down here. The people there are nice and even when I had to wait 15 mins for chicken (rush hour) "Elmer" gave me a complimentary drink and even added extra chicken for me.

The "Police Officer" discount is given everywhere, and actually, it's usually free, so I wouldn't say anything about that.
Now, I've never been to this place (I live _extremely_ close by, I've had it before in other places, and I think it's horrible, so I don't know who this guy is. You should be able to add comments to reviews given.

I totally agree, this guy is so fake. He treats everyone differently. I saw him be buddy buddy with some regulars. He also gave discounts to them as well as a "police officer" just because he was a cop.
