This was an unexpected evening. The feeling that this space gives is purely uplifting. Everything is fresh, especially the ideas behind the dishes themselves. The greatest scallop that I have ever had the pleasure of placing in my mouth was hiding in Burnaby(all this time). Words won't do it, just trust me!
