Review :
Like any good fish 'n chips place, if it doesn't have a good inch of grease on it, it's not going to be satisfying nor authentic. Pajo's Fish and CHiPs is no different, although their standards are a little higher than most other fish joints. They also have a great location right on the beach, so you can order and walk around or sit on some of the makeshift tables out front. I was there last weekend with my girlfriend and the two of us shared a large Halibut 'n chips and a side of zoo sticks. The halibut was great, very greasy as to be expected, but really tasty - I would definitely do the halibut again, but the zoo sticks were a little bland and nothing special. So if you're in the mood to give your arteries a good workout, try Pajo's Fish and CHiPs next time you're in Port Moody!
