We've come in on different nights and the wait staff is pretty inconsistent. I must tell you the server we had on friday was awesome. She was on top of everything and food actually came out fast. The other server we sometimes get was also there and surprise she was standing there talking most of the night neglecting her tables. If you go there hopefully you get my server. Stay away from the red head unless you some rude.

Well i never seen the Brawl but i have to say all the other experiences are dead true. Wow. Bad management. I ordered a pizza for delivery and it never showed up. called two hours later and they said it was ready for pickup. I said it was for delivery and they said it wasn't. I asked her what was the address on the order form and she replied with my address. Well the last time i picked up i never had to give an address. Duh! On top of it they still charged me for the over priced cold pizza. anyways I'm the idiot for running down and picking it up. Sometimes i'm just too nice.

I have been in this place a couple time in the last 2 months. What I find so hard to believe is that one person can be serving 30+ customers. I left the poor girl a tip, but really, it wasn't enuff. Besides the fact, that my order was sent back twice for being wrong, when I complained the manager told me to take a hike. Wouldn't wanna work at this place. The waitress kept apologizing and finally, went in the back and made the pizza hersefl!

The family was going to grab a quick bite after a long day last night. Pulled in, and there were two employees screaming at each other in the parking lot. This place screams "Trash". Could've gone to Tommy's if I wanted to see this number. Wonder if this happens at other restaurants in Ridge.

What really bugs me is someone told how they overcharge on pizza because it's a BC location, and yah, we're all rich in the Lower Mainland..The parking lot thing is true. I've been a couple of times and seen deals going down. How does that happen? Ya think someone would get a handle on it.

I read these reviews and wondered if it could be as what is said here. I was in there on Saturday and watched a driver quit. He was fed up with being treated badly. The manager appears not to care. My son was in there today to apply for a job. He said he waited for 1/2 hour, and the interview was like horrible. He said he felt that the woman hated him. I believe these reviews after all! I will be going to Dominos or Pad Thai before I head back to this joint. My son needs a job, but not that bad!!!

I must say that I know people that work at Pizza Hut Maple Ridge BC. The abuse these people take from the area supervisor flunky, restaurant manager is sickening. If you have poor service, ask yourself why? This place provides staff with nothing but degrading treatment. It's amazing that these folks don't just walk out...perhaps they can't afford to..Look beyond the pizza they set before you, look into their eyes. Would you smile if you were yelled at all the time, or be called to work for just 2 hours? Would You? These reviews should have a rating for management.

You know why your method of payment was slow. They understaff to cover loss revenues. Thisplace is badly managed, you should be wondering if its less about your right to good service than shaking down staff. Watch out for druggies in the parking lot!!!

Service extremely slow and also waited over 15 min to get a glass of water and extra napkins. I had notice two negative comments about this Pizza Hut on the web while looking for location but thought I would see it for myself. Should have heeded the two bad write ups as it appears nothing has changed since they were written up. Not impressed at all. Ièll be going to Boston Pizza when I desire Pizza. Even were slow to get paid..Finally went up to counter even though it says pay waitress
