I can't walk by without walking in. The lunch buffet gets a bit busy, but it worth the wait. One plate of food is never enough! The flavours are amazing and the naan is always so warm and soft.

I love Saffron...I have been for the buffet and ordered off the menu... YUMMY! The butter chicken and tandoori chicken was to die for! The lamb is always tender and juicy! If you are in the area I would stop by!!

I have been for both the buffet and ordered off the menu. Best butter-chicken by far. Not too creamy or too tomatoey. The lamb is always so moist and juicy. The servers have always been helpful in choosing dishes, as it can get a bit confusing ordering off their extensive menu. If you are a meat eater like me, I highly recommend their mixed grill.

I went to Saffron with my byf a few weeks ago. Decideed to try the Dinner Buffet, everyone makes mistakes. The atmosphere did not match the remainder of the business. The service was slow, utensils dirty, we had to ask twice for naan and the food was mediocre at best. For a buffet we had about 5 or 6 choices of food. That was it, and not one of them was spicy. I was disappointed as I always heard great things about Saffron. Event the Indian place in the metrotown food court was better!

Their advertisement claimed that Saffron Indian Cuisine Restaurant was voted the best Indian restaurant 3 years in a row, which is the reason why I stopped by a couple of weeks ago.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food was was delicious, authentic and fresh. My partner and I ordered Butter Chicken and Tandoori Chicken - both amongst the best I have ever had in the city of Burnaby.
