The seasons dictate the menu at this longtime vegetarian spot that has been touting an eco-friendly and organic tradition since before "going green" became the trend. The eclectic menu can be altered to comply with vegan standards. Among the entrées, try the Chinese bean curd-skin rolls, assorted Asian vegetables wrapped in a thin skin of braised bean curd and served with rice. Spicy Thai "chicken" has the texture and consistency of chicken but is made from soy gluten. If the look and feel of the "chicken" doesn't fool you, the spicy Thai sauce certainly will have you believing you are eating the real thing. Desserts are free of refined sugar, but sweet nevertheless, and like everything else in this restaurant, are pure and unadulterated.
