Caio Baby is one of the Lubrano family of restaurants at the Jersey Shore. It is located in the Kennedy Plaza strip mall in the busy crossroads of Brick Blvd. and Chambers Bridge Road, but the interior has a sophisticated urban feel. The lunch menu features panini, gourmet pizzas, and pastas. The dinner menu also has pizzas and pastas as well as chicken, fish, veal and steaks. The pastas have uniques sauces in addition to old standbys.
The menu also has a long listing of unique soups, appetizers and salads.
Appetizers range in price from $7.95 to $14.95. Lunch prices range from $7.95 to $11.95. Dinner range from $11.95 to $22.95.
