Sel de la Terre is the project of chefs Geoff Gardner and Frank McClelland, who originally worked together at Boston's L'Espalier. Having found success with their original location next to the New England Acquarium, they've brought their slice of Provence to the Back Bay with this branch next to the Mandarin Oriental, Boston. The restaurant serves Southern French cuisine made with ingredients from local farmers and seafood from the waters off the coast of New England.
