Troy's Diner Description:
Troy's Diner took over the former Mel's Diner in the summer or fall of 2006. Reviews of the former "Mel's Diner" should not be considered as having ANY applicability to "Troy's Diner".
Troy is a first class chef and has held the position as "Executive Chef" at both the Broyhill Inn and the Elk River Club.
Troy's Diner is a 50's style 'Chrome and Neon' Diner style A lot of glass blocks, neon, chrome and stainless steel. A few Elvis and Marilyn Monroe pictures on the wall and a Juke Box full of 50s tunes. A long counter, vinyl covered booths, plenty of parking and an extensive 'diner' menu!
Located on 105 on the North side of the street and just a few blocks west of the 321 interchange.
