The menu features 13 pastas and 10 sauces. You can mix and match. Order family-style, or pair your favorite sauce and pasta and keep it all to yourself. There is a traditional menu, too, from which you can order the chef's pairings. Of the regular courses, we like the country-style roasted chicken with sausage, potatoes, peppers and mushrooms with rosemary. Try the tiramisu for dessert.
