Matuba Description:
The second location of Arlington's immensely popular sushi restaurant, this Bethesda branch is larger and just as crowded. The sushi here is a particular favorite, even though some sound vaguely Western, like the bagel roll or the Boston roll. If you can, grab a seat at the sushi bar---watching the action is a good show. Unlike the Arlington restaurant, this one has no grill, so you'll be sticking to sushi, tempura and the like. The décor here is slightly more upscale and overtly Japanese than at the sister restaurant, but people don't come for atmosphere; they come to eat.
