I Love Sushi Description:
Don't be deceived by the nondescript strip mall location. The first of three "I Love Sushi" restaurants in the Seattle area, since its 1986 opening, this spot has maintained its reputation for fresh, high-quality sushi. The low-key dining room is tasteful and pleasant although serious sushi fans will prefer the energetic sushi bar. For every order, the raw fish is nicely cut, the rolls inventive, and even the rice is good quality. Appetizer choices include tempura and tender, salty edamame. Other options are moist, flame-broiled fish, and our favorite, deep-fried soft-shell crabs. Service is always professional even when the pace picks up at lunchtime.
