Tullulah's Gourmet Take Out Description:
Doing its part to overcome the dearth of gourmet take-out on Long Island is Tullulah's, a tiny and fashionable alcove off of Main Street. Chef and owner Steven Scalesse has created an extensive menu that satisfies a myriad of cravings, with salads, wraps, burgers and more that go beyond everyday expectations. Experience Southwestern flavors with The Cowboy, a sandwich of flank steak, fried Vidalia onions and chipotle aïoli. Try the Caesar salad with grilled chicken just for the pungent yet smooth house-made dressing. If you're lucky you'll come by when there is a selection of crème brûlées in flavors from vanilla to chocolate with toasted almond and Godiva liqueur, and everything in between. Tapas are offered Friday and Saturday evenings (BYOB).
