J. Paul's Dining Saloon Description:
A self-styled dining saloon, D.C.-based J. Paul's is meant to evoke Prohibition-era dining rooms, a burnished wood and polished brass kind of thing. And it is handsome. But the real glory is in the view out to the Inner Harbor, where you can watch the world meander by or admire the refurbished U.S.S. Constellation, happy to be back in her proper berth. The menu offers a basic American roundup---nachos, steamed mussels, fried or rotisserie chicken, hickory-smoked ribs, grilled meatloaf, and big juicy burgers---along with a thematic house brew, called 1889 Amber Ale.
