Owner-cookbook author-TV chef John Shields' menu focuses on regional specialties, like fried oysters, barbecued shrimp, rockfish and, of course, crab cakes. It also offers a section of mix-and-match choices of grilled seafood and meats, sauces and sides for those who like to design their own dinners. Sunday brunch is lavish, indeed.
