Farmacy is a whimsically designed coffee shop serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner in Bakersfield's Padre Hotel. The ceiling features murals with cows, goats and horses appearing to gaze down at diners. Morning menu items include buttermilk pancakes and customizable omelets, while the afternoon through late night offerings consist of soups, salads and sandwiches. A variety of coffee and espresso drinks are available, as well as "spiked" beverages such as the B-52 Coffee with Kahlúa, Baileys Irish Cream and Grand Marnier.
